Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with our Triple-Check Care guarantee:

  • Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for most orders
  • Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Please check local import regulations for live plants before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our rare botanical specimens. If your plant arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our delicate specimens, these items cannot be returned:

  • Last Chance plants (final clearance items)
  • Large & X-Large Plants (due to special handling requirements)
  • Any plant that has been planted or removed from its original container
  • Personalized or special order items from our Rare Fruiting Plants collection

Return & Exchange Process

We’ve designed a simple 5-step process to ensure your satisfaction:

  1. Initiate Your Request

    • Use subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
  2. Provide Details
    • Include photos of the plant in its original packaging showing any damage
    • For exchanges, specify preferred replacements from our New Arrivals or Back in Stock collections
  3. Receive Authorization
    • Our plant care team will review within 2 business days
    • We’ll provide return instructions if approved
  4. Ship Your Return
    • Package the plant securely in its original container
    • Use the provided return label (return shipping costs apply unless the error was ours)
  5. Processing
    • We inspect returns upon receipt
    • Refunds or replacements processed within 3-5 business days

Refund Information

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • For exchanges, we ship replacements immediately upon approval using your original shipping method

Special Care for Live Plants

We strongly recommend photographing your plant immediately upon delivery before removing it from its shipping container. This helps us assess any transit-related issues.

Note: Plants showing signs of improper care (overwatering, sunburn, or pest damage that developed after delivery) may not qualify for return. Our specialists are happy to provide care advice for struggling specimens.
