3. Ordering and Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

• You receive an order confirmation email (this is not a shipping notice)
• Our team performs a Triple-Check Care verification of your order
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Non-Returnable Items

To protect our delicate specimens, these items cannot be returned:

• Last Chance plants (final clearance items)
• Large & X-Large Plants
• Any plant that has been planted or removed from its original container
• Personalized or special order items from our Rare Fruiting Plants collection

5.2 Return Process

For eligible returns:

1. Email our plant specialists at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Include photos of the plant in its original packaging showing any damage
3. Our team reviews within 2 business days
4. If approved, ship the plant securely in its original container
5. We inspect returns and process refunds/replacements within 3-5 business days

5.3 Refund Information

• Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
• For exchanges, we ship replacements immediately upon approval

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Plant Care After Delivery

You agree to:

• Photograph your plant immediately upon delivery before removing it from packaging
• Follow provided care instructions for your specific plant

6.2 Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Propagate and resell our rare plant varieties without authorization
• Use medicinal herbs for unapproved therapeutic claims
• Import plants to regions where they may be considered invasive species

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee your plant’s health at time of shipment. However, we cannot be responsible for:

• Plants showing signs of improper care after delivery
• Weather conditions during transit that may affect plant health
• Local growing conditions unsuitable for your plant

7.2 General Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deals Sow Exotic Store shall not be liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control
• Any amount exceeding the purchase price of the item in question
